Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has issued notice to NAB on acquittal plea of former Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf in rental power case. The court while seeking reply from NAB adjourned the hearing of the case till November 18. Judge Abida Sajjad of AC Islamabad took up rental power case for hearing against Pervaiz and others. Arshid Tabrez counsel for Pervaiz while filing petition seeking acquittal of accused persons in the light of NAB amendment said the accused have been acquitted in two cases based on such type of allegations earlier.
