PTI founder, Shah Mehmood Qureshi indicted in GHQ attack case

Judge Amjid Ali Shah of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has indicted 100 accused persons including PTI founder and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in GHQ attack case. The court has fixed December 10 for regular trial of the case. The court also dismissed the plea of former chairman PTI on challenging the power of jurisdiction of court regarding hearing of GHQ attack case.
The court read out charge sheet to all the accused and the accused pleaded not guilty. Following their indictment, the police arrested PTI leaders Umar Ayub, Raja Basharat and Malik Ahmad Chatha from outside jail and shifted them to Adiala chowki . Former chairman PTI was presented in the court. Umar Ayub, Sheikh Rashid, Fawad Chaudhry, Malik Ahmad Chatha, Zartaj Gul, Raja Basharat and other accused appeared in the court.
