JIT has declared sister of Hassan Niazi guilty and 8 PTI workers innocent during investigation in Jinnah House attack case. Admn Judge of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Manzer Ali Gill took up for hearing Jinnah House attack and siege and arson case Wednesday. The JIT has declared 8 PTI workers innocent in its investigation.
Tausif Khanum, Saadia Ayoub, Sarwat Shahid,Bilal Farhana Farooq and others have been declared innocent.
The court dismissed the interim bail plea of the accused due to their withdrawal by lawyers of accused persons.
JIT declared Hajra Niazi sister of Hassan Niazi guilty in their investigation.
During investigation Syed Fatima Haider, Rukhsana Navid and Beena Zeeshan were found at fault.
The court extended interim bail of Hajra Niazi and others till January 15.
The court sought arguments on the bail pleas of other accused persons including Hajra Niazi.
Hafiz Ullah Niazi father of Hajra Niazi also appeared in the court along wth his daughter.
It is pertinent to mention here Sarwar road police have registered case against the accused.
