ISLAMABAD; Supreme Court (SC) has approved interim bail of the person accused in killing daughter aged 6 months and father in law. The court while issuing notice on the petition seeking revocation of the bail of Irum Naz mother of accused has sought reply. A two members bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi took up for hearing bail plea of the accused Friday. The court while granting bail to accused ordered for depositing surety bonds worth Rs 100000. The court issued notice on the petition seeking revocation of bail of Irum Naz mother of accused. It is pertinent to mention here the accused is charged with murdering his 6 months old daughter and father in law. Trial court and Sindh High Court had dismissed bail before arrest plea of the accused. Upon it the accused had resorted to SC. Online
