ISLAMABAD
Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has decided to extend cabinet. According to sources cabinet will be extended in next week. Sources said Hanif Abbasi, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Pir Imran Shah, Dr Tauqir Shah, Talal Chaudhry and others are likely to be included in cabinet.
Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif has completed necessary consultation in connection with extension and change in federal cabinet.
According to sources oath is likely to be administered to new ministers of federal cabinet on January 9 or 10 ,
It is pertinent to mention here federal cabinet comprises 18 ministers. While portfolios of government are 33. 2 state ministers, 3 special assistants and one advisor are part of federal cabinet. Sources have said the important portfolios are not likely to be changed to large extent. However 4 to 5 state ministers are likely to be assigned responsibilities.
