Recovery of arms, alcohol case
ISLAMABAD
Sessions Court (SC) has maintained arrest warrants of KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur in recovery of arms and alcohol case due to his non appearance in the court. Recovery of arms and alcohol case came up for hearing in the court Wednesday. Raja Zahood ul Hassan counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in the court. Senior civil judge Mubashar Hassan Chisti heard the case. Police compliance report could not be presented in the court Wednesday too. Counsel Zahoor ul Hassan said the accused is gentleman. He will appear.
The court remarked if accused is gentleman then we declare him proclaimed offender.
The court adjourned the hearing till February 25.
