RAWALPINDI: A division bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench has returned to Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi bail pleas of over 150 PTI workers including two leaders nominated in the cases related to PTI violent protest on November 26. Division bench comprised Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice Sadiq Mehmood Khurram. The court while sending the petitions to the ATC directed that these petitions be heard again and their reasons be also told. Over 150 PTI workers including Col (Retd) Ajmal Sabir and Zaid Khaliq Kiyani had resorted to high court following rejection of their bail pleas in ATC Rawalpindi. The court heard the arguments of the counsels of respondents in over 40 petitions and returned all petitions to ATC Rawalpindi. The court directed that the bail pleas be heard again and detailed decision be given technically.
