ISLAMABAD: It has been revealed that Rs 25 to 30 lac are being received from students on account of annual fee in private medical colleges. The government has started considering over fixing Rs 12 lac fee annually in private medical and dental colleges. Final decision will be taken in a meeting to be held under Deputy Prime Minister Ghulam Ishaq Khan on February 27. Special government committee has worked out report. This matter will be presented in the meeting of PMDC council on February 27, 2025. Final decision has to be made by committee on medical education established under deputy prime minister Ishaq Dar.
