ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court Constitutional Bench has adjourned hearing of case against imposition of super tax till April 15 due to non availability of senior counsel Makhdoom Ali Khan. The court has remarked the list of cases which have been transferred wrongly be filed. The day to day hearing of the case will start from April 15. The case against imposition of super tax came up for hearing on Monday in SC constitutional bench. A five members constitutional bench of SC presided over by Justice Amin Ud Din Khan heard the case. Senior counsel Makhdoom Ali Khan could not appear. Counsel Shahzad Atta Elahi said such cases were transferred from Lahore High Court (LHC) to SC which don’t related to super tax. Justice Amin ud Din Khan said if cases have been transferred wrongly from LHC then a list be worked out and be filed. We will return the cases. Justice Amin ud Din Khan remarked we will hear the case on day to day basis from April 15. No adjournment will be given now . The hearing of the case was adjourned till April 15 due to non availability of senior lawyer Makhdoom Ali Khan. ONLINE
