Peshawar High Court (PHC) has reinstated 9 judges back into service.
As per media report the judges who have been reinstated include additional district and session judge Riffat Amir, Amjid Rahim, Qaisar Rahim, Manzoor Qadir Khan, senior civil judge Safeer Qaisar Malik, Adil Akbar, Rashid Rauf Swati. Shah Hussain and civil judge Tasawar Hussain.
These judges have been reinstated on July 26, 2024 service appeal of Service tribunal and recommendations of administrative committee April 9 meeting.
