KARACHI
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has indicted 17 accused including PTI leaders in May 9 case. Case pertaining to rioting in Shah Faisal police station and causing damage to government properties on May 9 came up for hearing in ATC Thursday. PTI leader Raja Azhar, Fahim Khan, Shah Nawaz Jadoon and others appeared in the court. Court indicted 17 accused persons in the case. The accused present in court pleaded not guilty. The court while summoning investigation officer and prosecution witnesses on next hearing adjourned the hearing of the case till May 6.
