Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Minister Zahir Shah Toru visited Sheikh Multan Town in Mardan here on Saturday to inspect the ongoing development projects and evaluate the progress and quality of work.
The visit was accompanied by Chairman Neighborhood Council Sheikh Multan Town, Arsalan Toru, along with officers from the relevant departments.
During the inspection, the Food Minister emphasized the importance of transparency in the development process and stressed that no corruption or malpractice would be tolerated.
According to an official handout, the Minister directed the officers to ensure that all projects are completed within the specified timeframe so that the local community can quickly benefit from these improvements.
Minister furthered that public welfare projects were a significant responsibility and urged strict action against any negligence or delay in their execution.
He reiterated that the timely completion of development schemes was vital for the progress and betterment of the area.
