Spokesperson for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, has accused India of backing terrorist elements in the region to fuel sabotage and unrest. The KP Information Advisor said that India is supplying weapons and logistical support to terrorists operating near Pakistan’s western border.
He said India is engaged in hostile activities on both the eastern and western fronts of Pakistan.
“India is providing arms and financial aid to terrorists along the western border. By supporting terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, India is directly involved in destabilizing activities,” Barrister Saif asserted.
He continued that Pakistan Army and civilians are united in resisting Indian aggression across both borders. “India’s nefarious intentions have been exposed to the world. A strong response to its recent hostilities has become unavoidable,” he added.
Condemning recent attacks, Saif said, “The cowardly enemy targeted mosques under the cover of darkness. However, the Pakistan Army retaliated strongly, forcing the enemy to wave the white flag and surrender.”
He concluded by warning India that Pakistan is fully prepared to befitting response for any future aggression: “The cowardly enemy should be ready for our next surprise.”
