Asif Ghafoor warns Modi
ISLAMABAD: Following Pakistan’s decisive military response to Indian aggression, former Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General (Retd) Asif Ghafoor, has issued a strong warning to India, cautioning of even more severe consequences if provocations continue. In a post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Lt Gen (R) Ghafoor stated: “Nasrun min Allah wa fathun qareeb” (Help from Allah and a near victory). He further wrote, “Modi, you were warned not to test our resolve or provoke Pakistan. You lead a terrorist state that has exposed its true face through brutalities against innocent people in occupied Kashmir.” In a follow-up post, he disclosed that the original message had been removed by X, remarking: “This was just a post. India, how do you plan to face the Pakistan Armed Forces?” Issuing a final stern warning to the Indian Prime Minister, he declared: “End your tyranny now, or be ready for even harsher consequences at the hands of Pakistan’s armed forces.” News Desk
