Toshakhana, Protest case
ISLAMABAD
District Court Islamabad has ordered to present PTI founder Imran Khan on next hearing in Tosha Khana and Protest case. The court has directed to ensure his attendance through video link if he is not presented. Toshakhana receipts and Islamabad protest case came up for hearing in Islamabad district and sessions court Monday. Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka took up for hearing bail pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi. 6 bail pleas of PTI founder and one bail plea of Bushra Bibi came up for hearing. However both PTI founder and Bushra Bibi could not be presented in the court.
The court ordered to present PTI founder on next hearing. Directives have been issued to ensure attendance of PTI founder through video link in the case he is not presented .
The court has sought arguments on petitions without attendance on next hearing.
The hearing of the case has been adjourned till June 17.
