Swat tragedy

Provincial president PPP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Syed Mohammad Ali Shah Bacha has said that the provincial government is wholly-solely responsible for the Swat tragedy. Talking to media during his visit to Swat on Sunday, the KP chapter chief said that Swat is the hub of tourism where thousands of tourists from Punjab, Sindh and other parts of the country arrive every year. But, it is sorrowful that the provincial government and local administration have failed in the provision of basic facilities to tourists.
He said that it is the matter of further high concern that the provincial machinery becomes active only for the release of Imran Khan. But, neither Rescue 1122, district administration nor the provincial government took timely action to save 18 precious lives.
Mohammad Ali Shah Bacha said that PPP demands the immediate resignation of the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on this criminal negligence with immediate effect.
