Sangjani rally case
ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has extended bail before arrest of PTI leader Asad Qaisar till August 06 in Sangjani rally case.
Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC heard the case.
The court was informed during the hearing of the case Asad Qaisar has joined the investigation. However his statement had come through telephonic call and he himself did not appear in the court.
Investigation officer told the court he went to Asad Qaisar twice for investigation bue he was not available.
The court directed Asad Qaisar to make coordination with investigating officer and get complete the investigation till next hearing.
During the hearing of case Asad Qaisar told the court he has to go abroad therefore, long date be given.
Upon it court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 6.
It is pertinent to mention here case of attempting to run over police personnel with his vehicle is registered against him .
