PESHAWAR
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’ Advisor on Information, Barrister Dr. Saif, visited Bajaur on Thursday along with the Chief Secretary and Inspector General of Police (IGP) to inquire about those injured in yesterday’s tragic incident.
The delegation visited Khar Hospital, where they met with the injured and expressed solidarity. Barrister Dr. Saif stated that the provincial government is deeply saddened over the unfortunate event. “On the directives of the Chief Minister, the government delegation has come to offer condolences for the martyrs and to check on the injured,” he said.
He further added, “In this hour of grief, we stand shoulder to shoulder with the families of the martyrs. We pray for the swift recovery of those injured. Compensation will be provided to the martyrs and injured as per the announced government package.”
The Chief Secretary also directed the hospital administration to ensure the provision of the best possible care and facilities to the patients.
