ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has been moved in connection with recovery of digital media journalist Nigar Khan Niazi who is allegedly missing since last four days. Petition has been filed in IHC through advocate Imaan Mazari and Owais Younis praying that Nigar Khan Niazi be presented in the court. Stern action be taken against the responsible persons. If there is any FIR against Nigar Khan Niazi it should be brought to light. Family members of Nigar Khan and his counsels be allowed to meet him. It is pertinent to mention here Nigar Niazi was on his way to home and he went missing near his home. Upon it his family members have resorted to IHC. ONLINE
