KASUR: At least 4 persons including 2 young boys are reported to have died due to collapse of roof of homes during heavy rains in different areas of Kasur. As per media reports one Munir 50 died on the spot after the roof of house caved in in the area of Rang Pur in Kasur. One Amir 16 died after roof of house collapsed in the area of Kangan Pur . He was buried under rubble and died. In another incident One Malik Niamat Ali 50 was buried under wreckage of roof and died. In the area of Baqir in Kasur one Zeeshan12 was buried under rubble due to collapse of roof of a home and he breathed his last. This incident occurred during torrential rains when roof slipped from its point and Zeeshan was buried under wreckage. 7 other persons including women and children have been injured in these incidents who have been shifted to hospital forthwith. The injured are stated to be in precarious condition. Rescue personnel pulled them out of rubble and shifted the injured to safe places. More roofs are feared to collapse in the area due to heavy rains. Online
