Diplomatic passport case
ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has indicted former Prime Minister (PM) Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas in diplomatic passport case. The case against Sardar Tanvir Ilyas related to use of diplomatic passport by him came up for hearing before Judicial magistrate Ahmad Shahzad Gondal Thursday. Sardar Tanvir Ilyas appeared under the court order and he was indicted. Sardar Tanvir Ilyas pleaded not guilty. The court while summoning prosecution witnesses on next hearing adjourned the hearing of the case till October 6.
