Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Agriculture, Maj (R) Sajad Barakwal, visited several educational institutions in Karak district including Government centennial Model School Chokara, Government High School Ghundi Kalla and primary school.
During the visits, Provincial Minister inspected classrooms and facilities along with principals and teachers. He encouraged students, stressing that education is the foundation of national progress and urged them to work harder.
School heads briefed him on problems facing their institutions in details. Barakwal assured full support and directed the C&W Department to prepare a feasibility report for repairing dilapidated classrooms and boundary walls at centennials Model School Chokara. He also ordered installation of a solar plant to facilitate the students.
Provincial minister said, provincial government is taking practical steps to promote quality education in line with the vision of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Founder chairman Imran Khan. Teachers and students welcomed the visit, calling it encouraging.
