Indian troops launch fresh crackdown in Rajouri, Kupwara

Indian troops have launched massive cordon and search operations (CASOs) in Rajouri and Kupwara districts of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, further heightening the atmosphere of fear and repression across the territory.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the operationójointly conducted by the Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Special Operations Group (SOG)óbegan late Tuesday night and continued into Wednesday in the Beeranthub area under Kandi police jurisdiction.
The entire locality has been sealed off, with troops conducting door-to-door searches under heavy deployment and drone surveillance.
Similar operations have also been reported in Kupwaraís Warsan area, where forces claimed to have recovered arms and ammunitionóan assertion routinely made to justify such raids.
