Karachi: Veteran actor Saleem Mairaj has shared his candid opinion about actress Hiba Bukhari’s acting skills during a recent appearance on a podcast hosted by Shaista Raza on 24 Plus. While discussing Pakistani television stars, Saleem Mairaj praised Hiba for her talent but gave her a rating of 6 out of 10, explaining that his score was based on personal preference rather than ability. “Hiba is a good actress. I deducted four points because of my personal liking. I have given 10 to those who are my favourites,” he said. He further added that Saba Qamar is one of his top favourites, giving her a 10 out of 10 for her outstanding performances. Mairaj also praised Saima Noor, calling her the “true face of Pakistani cinema,” and appreciated her powerful dialogue delivery, especially in the classic film Main Manto Nahi Hoon.
