The court has ordered to arrest former Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur and present him in recovery of arms and liquor case.
The recovery of arms and liquor case against Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad Wednesday.
Judicial magistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti issued arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur.
During the hearing of the case Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in the court. His counsel Raja Zahoor ul Hassan also did not come in the court.
Upon it the court ordered to arrest and present Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court issued arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur being absent from the court persistently.
It is pertinent to mention here the case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered in police station Bhara Kahu.
