New Delhi: Pakistani High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit has said that India is closing all the doors of cooperation with Pakistan.
“ India leaves no room for cooperation. When it starts blaming and terming Pakistan a terrorist state it means it is closing all doors of cooperation” he said this in an interview . to India Today,
He categorically rejected India’s claim of surgical strike inside Pakistan saying “ had India conducted surgical strike, Pakistan would have responded forcefully.
He said that “It was cross border firing in which India violated the Line of Control cease fire.”
He underlined “We want to get out of this blame game, so why India do not get an international investigation of the incident instead of indulging in blame game against Pakistan?” he offered.
About investigation into Pathankot attack, the High Commissioner said that the investigation was underway.
While talking about the SAARC summit issue, he said that postponement of conference is collective loss of all member countries and “we are determined Pakistan will host 19th SAARC conference.
When asked about the Balochistan issue, he said that people of Balochistan are as much patriotic as the people of other parts of the country but we are concerned over foreign agenda of destabilizing Pakistan. .
Citing to Kulbhuhsan Yadav, an Indian spy agency RAW agent, arrested in Pakistan in the beginning of this year he said that his arrest supports our stance that certain powers are out to destabilize Pakistan;.
