ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet meeting to be held on Friday has been postponed owing to reservations from PPP on 27th constitutional amendment. As per sources all cabinet members have been informed about postponement of the meeting. The approval of 27th constitutional amendment was expected in this meeting. PPP has expressed reservations on it. Government may face more delay in the approval of this 27th constitutional amendment due to these reservations. The different aspects of this 27th constitutional amendment were to be discussed in details in this meeting of the cabinet. However the matter will remain under consideration for further consultation. According to sources PPP has expressed concern over certain points of the constitutional amendment. In this perspective decision has been taken to postpone the matter. This matter can become more complicated between government and opposition in coming days. ONLINE
