Minister for planning Ahsan Iqbal has said establishment of constitutional court is not attack on judiciary but it is fortification of judicial system.
“The door to judicial interference has closed `due to establishment of constitutional court. Supreme Court (SC) will now be able to focus on its real job, he said this while talking to media men on the occasion of inauguration of modern pathology unit in Narowal here Saturday.
He went on to say 27th constitutional amendment is implementation of clause of charter of democracy.
He indicated all parties including PML-N, PPP had signed charter of democracy. PTI too had endorsed charter of democracy. The clause of establishment of constitutional court was clearly included in charter of democracy.
