Frontier Corps (North) successfully conducted a timely operation on Nawagai Bypass and recovered an explosive shell planted by terrorists, averting a potential major tragedy in the area.
According to local police on Sunday, incidents of explosive materials being placed on public roads by unidentified miscreants have increased in recent days. In view of this growing threat, citizens have been advised to remain highly vigilant and take special precautions.
Frontier Corps and Bajaur Police have appealed to the public to immediately report any suspicious or unusual object to the nearest wing, Bajaur Scouts Headquarters, or the district police so that prompt action can be taken to prevent loss of life and property.
