KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued notice to SSP West, SHO and others on the petition filed against SHO Pir Abad on charges of forgery and hurling life threats by him. The petition filed against SHO Pir Abad under the charges of forgery and life threats by him came up for hearing in high court. Qambar Abbas and Bushra Abbas advocates counsels from the petitioner took the plea SHO got cloth worth over Rs 19 lac from Zia ur Rehman. SHO Anis Sheikh gave fake pay order. On demanding the amount, he threats to kill him in fake police encounter. SHO has framed fake case of narcotics. They took the plea that action be taken against SHO Anis Sheikh. Order be issued for abolishing the case and making payment of the amount. The court has issued notice to SSP West, SHO and others. The court ordered them to appear before it on December 23 and file reply. Online
