A terrorist attack on Sheikh Landak police checkpost in Bannu was successfully foiled due to the timely and effective response of police personnel.
Police on Sunday informed, terrorists attempted to assault the checkpost, but alert police officers immediately retaliated, forcing the attackers to retreat. During the operation, the terrorists reportedly suffered heavy losses, while all police personnel remained completely safe.
The swift action of the police prevented any damage to the checkpost and thwarted the enemies’ malicious intentions.
