The court has rejected the plea by Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan challenging the indictment proceedings in respect of November 26 protest case registered against her after hearing the stance of the respondents.
Judge Amjid Ali Shah of ATC Rawalpindi heard the case related to November 26 protest. Aleema Khan appeared in the court along with her counsel Faisal Malik and took the plea the indictment was not framed in the presence of the accused.
