ISLAMABAD: Election Commission (EC) has withdrawn Local Bodies (LB) election schedule in Islamabad. According to notification issued by EC government issued Local government amendment ordinance for Islamabad on January 10 wherein structure of local government was changed. It has been said in the notification mode of local governments election has also been changed. Upon it EC withdraws its program on Local government election in Islamabad. It is pertinent to mention here EC had announced local government election schedule in Islamabad on February 15. Online
