LAHORE: The petition seeking removal of name of Usman Dar from ECL came up for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC). Interior ministry has filed its reply in the court in this regard. According to interior ministry reply case is registered against Usman Dar in May 9 GHQ attack incident. It has been told in the reply name of the petitioner was included in ECL on the request of Rawalpindi police. The court while calling the attested written decision of trial court during the hearing of the case adjourned further hearing of the case. The petition was heard by Justice Sajid Mehmood Sethi. Counsel Abuzar Suleman Niazi appeared in the court on behalf of Usman Dar. Usman Dar has filed formal petition in LHC for removal of his name from ECL. ONLINE
