KARACHI: Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has desealed dental clinic of former president Arif Alvi. Sindh High Court (SHC) constitutional bench took up for hearing contempt of court plea on the matter of sealing dental clinic of former president Arif Alvi. Barrister Ali Tahir told the court during the hearing of the case that SBCA has desealed the dental clinic following filing of contempt of court petition in SHC. Barrister Ali Tahir took the plea he does not want more proceedings in the case after de-sealing of the clinic. The court while taking on record the stance of the petitioner wrapped up the contempt of court plea filed against DG SBCA and others. Online
