13 years old house maid Rape case

The court has approved remand of one Abdul Wahab accused in rape case of 13 years old house maid. The rape case of 13 years old house maid came up for hearing in the court.
The accused pleaded not guilty in the court saying the girl is pregnant since 7 months while he was employed as domestic servant four months before. The court ordered to conduct DNA of both the arrested accused and the girl. The court said DNA test of both of them be got conducted on January 27 and report thereof be presented.
Civil Judge Sarwar Sial approved the plea for physical remand. The accused Abdul Wahab was brought to court under strict security measures.
