tragic accident
Peshawar: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Sohail Afridi visited Peshawar Medical Complex late last night, where he inquired after the injured victims of a tragic accident involving a vehicle carrying displaced families from Tirah. It is recalled that the vehicle, carrying members of a single family displaced from Tirah, plunged into a deep ravine during travel, resulting in the death of two minor children and injuries to three others, including their parents. The Chief Minister inquired after the health of the injured father and son and expressed his best wishes for their early recovery. He also prayed for the elevation of ranks of the martyrs and for patience and fortitude for the bereaved families. Expressing heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased, the Chief Minister assured them of full support from the provincial government. He also directed the relevant authorities to provide the injured with the best possible medical facilities.
