NCCIA has filed report in the court wherein it is said Imran Khan is not cooperating in investigation.
NCCIA report has been filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) on the petition seeking closure of Imran Khan X account.
The court through the report has been informed about details of investigation regarding X account of PTI founder.
As per NCCIA report 2 separate inquiries have been started in connection with tweets made from X account of PTI founder. 2 inquiries are pending in NCCIA against PTI founder X account.
The report said both of these inquiries were registered in N CCIA on May 19 and September 13, 2024.
According to report NCCIA investigation team visited Adiala Jail several time in connection with investigation.
But it could not be ascertained from PTI founder who is running his X account.
NCCIA is of the view PTI founder did not cooperate with the investigation team and nor he told who is who is using his social media accounts.
It has been further said in the report of NCCIA that PTI founder did not cooperate despite the questions asked from him on who is running his account. Due to it the investigation is still underway.
