ATC Declares 30 PTI Workers as Proclaimed Offenders in Protest Case

Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad on Tuesday declared 30 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers as proclaimed offenders in the 26 November protest case and adjourned the hearings until 26 March. The court was hearing five cases registered against PTI workers in different police stations. In the case of Khanna Police Station, 30 accused were declared proclaimed offenders, while proceedings against one worker were dropped after his appearance. Hearings for cases at Margalla, Kohsar, Tarnol, and Aabpara police stations were adjourned to 2 April, 4 April, and 10 March respectively. No evidence could be recorded due to unavailability of police records. The cases include charges of terrorism, vandalism, and other offenses. Online
