Installation of M-Tag on motorcycle
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought reply from the authorities within seven days in the case against the administrative order on installing M-Tag on motorcycle. As per media reports, the petitioner has requested the court to stop the process of installing M-Tag forthwith. However no stay order could be obtained from the court immediately. Chief Justice (CJ) Sarfraz Dogar said M-Tag is being got installed so that motorcycle could be traced. This is being done for you so that the motor vehicle could be registered. He remarked this is government policy matter. In reply to it the counsel for the petitioner said it is necessary administrative order should be under legal mechanism. ONLINE
