Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid has said that the victory of Marka-e-Haq has elevated Pakistan’s image across the world.
In an exclusive talk with APP on Saturday, Senator Rubina Khalid said that the positive image Pakistan enjoyed across the world today was entirely owed to Marka-e-Haq. “The professionalism, bravery and strategic brilliance with which our armed forces confronted India during Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos is a matter of immense pride for the entire nation,” she stated.
She said that every patriotic Pakistani was walking with their head held high today.
She said that the hosting of peace talks in Islamabad was a major diplomatic triumph for Pakistan, further cementing the country’s standing on the global stage.
The BISP Chairperson paid rich tribute to the mothers, sisters, and sons who sacrificed their loved ones for the homeland. “The entire nation is proud of its martyrs and heroes,” she said.
Senator Rubina Khalid emphasized that despite political differences, Pakistan always came first for every patriotic citizen. “The honour and dignity Pakistan commands today has been earned through the sacrifices of our armed forces,” she added.
She said that the Pakistani passport had today become a “Passport of Pride” for overseas Pakistanis-a transformation made possible by the great victory of Marka-e-Haq.
