ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Atta Ullah Tarar has inaugurated website of National Press Club. He said digital content creation has become need of hour. Ensuring the stability and security of all electronic and print media is among the top priorities of government. He held government is working on new policy for addressing the financial problems facing journalists and media houses. Short courses will be introduced to boost professional capabilities of the journalists. Talking to journalists he said the matters related to housing of journalists are being considered seriously. All the decisions in this regard will be taken in consultation with journalists organizations and representatives so that a lasting solution could be found of old standing issues. He underlined media industry faced intense financial crisis due to previous government 2019 media policy. ONLINE
