KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) while hearing the petition regarding recovery of 4 years old girl has directed the SSP Malir to recover the girl till August 12 and file progress report in the court. The petition filed by Shaheen Bibi came up for hearing in SHC Friday. The petitioner took the plea that her 4 years daughter is missing after the alleged kidnapping incident and police have failed to recover her so far. Liaqat Gabol advocate counsel for the petitioner told the court that Shaheen Bibi had obtained khulla from her husband Sardar Ali 4 years back. Later she came to area of Kamran Chorangi Karachi from Punjab to meet her mother where her former husband Sardar Ali and his other relatives allegedly kidnapped her and her daughter. ONLINE
