PESHAWAR: Preparations for Pakistan’s Independence Day are in full swing in Rustam tehsil of Mardan district, with the town witnessing increased activity ahead of August 14. According to Tehsil Municipal Administration Rustam on Tuesday, stalls selling green-and-white national flags, colorful flags, badges and other Independence Day items have been set up at various locations across Rustam. The stalls are attracting growing crowds of children and adults. Children are particularly excited to celebrate the occasion, while residents are also displaying great enthusiasm for Independence Day.
