ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved bail plea of woman in violence on husband and daughters case. The court said the accused is Phd degree holder in philosophy and there is no past criminal record of her. The case against the woman is registered in Women police station Islamabad on the report of her husband. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro of IHC has issued 8-page decision of the case. According to the decision the bail plea of the accused has been approved against surety bonds of Rs 2 lac. IHC has further said in its decision the dispute between the respondents is of domestic and family nature. No such injury has come to light in medical record which is fatal. Online
