Imran Khan has struck no deal : Barrister Gohar

PTI chairman Barrister Gohar and senior leader Latif Khosa have filed application in Supreme Court (SC) for immediate hearing matter of medical check up and facilities in respect of PTI founder
Talking to media men outside SC, Barrister Gohar said SC had given clear order on August 18, that all the medical tests of PTI founder be conducted and he be shifted to Al-Shifa hospital. But he was taken to PIMS hospital instead of Shifa hospital despite court›s order which is sheer violation of court›s orders.
He demanded that Dr Uzma and Dr Faisal be included in medical board compulsorily. All the medical tests of PTI founder be got completed immediately.
Barrister Gohar said we have always knocked the door of the court. We have approached SC 15 times and HIGH court 25 times on this issue.
We had given application for meeting with Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP).
I and Latif Khosa have met registrar SC and he has assured that file will be placed before CJP today.
He said we have requested that the case be heard tomorrow or day after tomorrow . SC courts have sat on nights and Sunday.
SC order cannot be ignored.
Barrister Gohar made it clear PTI founder has not struck any deal. We are contesting our case as per law and constitution. Now the entire world is seeing how the SC get implement its August 18 order.
PTI leaders requested the court to issue stay order immediately and shift PTI founder to Shifa hospital forthwith as per court›s orders.
Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar while ruling out possibility of any deal by PT I founder has said PTI founder strikes no deal.
« Was he to strike deal then he would not have served three years imprisonment, he said this while talking to media men outside Supreme Court (SC) here Monday.
He said PTI founder has no intention to stay in hospital for even a single minute and he only wants to undergo necessary medical tests.
As per media reports, he said SC is being approached for filing contempt of court petition due to non implementation of SC order. It is hoped the petition will be fixed for hearing soon.
He pointed out application will be filed today and possibility is there number will be marked on it today too.
He held there was no ambiguity in the order of SC. The decision should have been implemented in letter and spirit. However Imran Khan was not shifted to that hospital for which the SC had ordered to shift him.
