Lahore (Online): Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that “there is no need to get permission from the provincial government to appoint the governor and maintained that it is federal privilege to appoint the governor.”
While talking to media on Friday NA Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has said the Supreme Court verdict to legitimize the election of Federal Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif is another victory of PML-N.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that the supreme court of Pakistan has given verdict in the favour of Khwaja Asif and this is good gesture by PTI to accept the verdict.
He said it is good if PTI accepts the court’s verdicts. He stated that” PTI will be welcomed if it comes in National Assembly and Senate”.
To a question he said YDA should not protest after the LHC’s verdict as people are suffering owing to sit-in.
It is vital to mention here that the sit-in staged by the YDA is continued fourth consecutive day.
