DIKHAN: As many as 38 district police officials have completed special capacity building training imparted by Pak Army here to cope with any emergency situation. An official communique issued here said that the training was about to cope with different emergency situations. District Police Officer Salim Riaz expressed gratitude to Pak Army for imparting training to KP police in their capacity building and distributed certificated among the out-passed officials. APP
