Former Nazim, former District Member of Nauthia, and senior Pakistan Muslim League (Q) leader Safdar Khan Baghi, accompanied by his delegation, met with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Minister Mr. Khaliq Ur Rahman Khan at his office. The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere and was attended by relevant members of the provincial assembly and other political figures.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the provision of basic healthcare facilities in the densely populated areas surrounding Sughra Diyar Hospital on District Council Road, Nauthia Qadeem, Peshawar. The participants also discussed the improvement of government healthcare services, the introduction of modern medical facilities, and the establishment of new hospitals in line with the growing healthcare needs of the local population.
On the occasion, Safdar Khan Baghi emphasized the urgent need for a modern hospital to serve the residents of Nauthia, Gulberg, Dhairi Baghban, Kotla Mohsin Khan, Landi Arbab, Mushtaq Abad, and other adjoining localities. He urged the Health Minister to give special attention to strengthening healthcare services and ensuring access to quality medical treatment for the people of these areas.
Health Minister Mr. Khaliq Ur Rahman Khan reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to providing better and more accessible healthcare services to the public. He assured that practical measures would continue to be taken to improve the healthcare sector and address the medical needs of the people.
Speaking on the occasion, Safdar Khan Baghi stated that political positions and public offices are temporary, but mutual respect, strong relationships, and the spirit of public service should always remain. Recalling their longstanding cordial relations, he thanked Health Minister Khaliq Ur Rahman Khan for his valuable time, sincerity, positive attitude, and commitment to addressing public concerns.
Safdar Khan Baghi also expressed confidence that, under the leadership of Health Minister Khaliq Ur Rahman Khan, the healthcare sector in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would witness further significant improvements and that the public would benefit from modern, high-quality medical services.
