ISLAMABAD : Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has deferred the decision till June 30 on the objections raised by Maryam Nawaz regarding confiscation and auction of Nawaz Sharif property.
The defence counsel Misbah advocate told that court has already announced decision on three petitions of the same nature like this. Our arguments are the same. . The other affectees have challenged the accountability court decision in high court. The hearing be not moved forward till the decisions of high court.
The court accepted the plea of defence counsel Qazi Misbah.
Judge Asghar Ali of accountability court adjourned the hearing of the case till June 30.
